Job Overview

Kudos Services is a leading provider of facilities management solutions to the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Warrington or London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Kudos complies with all relevant statutory and mandatory legislation in relation to the delivery of hard facilities management services across 35 medical centres. This includes managing relationships with contractors, reviewing compliance jobs, and identifying remedial works required.

You will also be responsible for managing a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance is adhered to, producing accurate reports for stakeholders, and identifying any immediate gaps or risks. In addition, you will work closely with the Helpdesk to instruct any necessary works and actively manage the compliance register to ensure it remains up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Kudos complies with all relevant statutory and mandatory legislation
  • Manage relationships with contractors and review compliance jobs
  • Identify remedial works required and instruct necessary works through the Helpdesk
  • Manage a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance
  • Produce accurate reports for stakeholders and identify any immediate gaps or risks
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in facilities management, preferably within the hard FM industry
  • Experience working within a PFI/healthcare arena is desirable
  • Qualifications such as IOSH and/or NEBOSH are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
