The Job

We're currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Warrington or London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Kudos complies with all relevant statutory and mandatory legislation in relation to the delivery of hard facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with contractors and review compliance jobs
  • Identify remedial works required and instruct necessary works through the Helpdesk
  • Manage a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance
  • Produce accurate reports for stakeholders and identify any immediate gaps or risks
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in facilities management, preferably within the hard FM industry
  • Experience working within a PFI/healthcare arena is desirable
  • Qualifications such as IOSH and/or NEBOSH are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
