The JobWe're currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Warrington or London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Kudos complies with all relevant statutory and mandatory legislation in relation to the delivery of hard facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with contractors and review compliance jobs
- Identify remedial works required and instruct necessary works through the Helpdesk
- Manage a programme of internal audits to ensure statutory compliance
- Produce accurate reports for stakeholders and identify any immediate gaps or risks
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong background in facilities management, preferably within the hard FM industry
- Experience working within a PFI/healthcare arena is desirable
- Qualifications such as IOSH and/or NEBOSH are highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum
- Performance-related bonus scheme
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
