Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join Hexa Services in Warrington.
This role requires efficient inbox management, prioritizing workload, and taking a methodical approach in a busy environment.
- Raising Purchase Orders (PO's)
- Reviewing and Approving Invoices
- Handling Rechargeable Works
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming requests and queries in a timely manner
- Process and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a FM Helpdesk environment
- Strong skills in Excel and other relevant software
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Benefits:
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
