About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy team based in Warrington as an experienced Helpdesk Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience within Facilities and Maintenance or a similar environment.
Main Responsibilities- General Helpdesk Administration Duties
- Manage Planned Maintenance Schedules, Including Compliance and Reactive Requests
- Raise Purchase Orders and Process Updates from Suppliers
- Liaise with Engineers and Assign Tasks
- Fleet Administration and Reporting
- Helpdesk or Administration Experience within Facilities and Maintenance
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Able to Work Effectively in a Busy Environment
Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (Full-time office-based position)
