Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our office facilities and services.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing office equipment, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of site and office equipment
• Monitor and ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness
• Champion company office policies and procedures
• Report office recycling figures
• Provide contractor management and administrative support
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Business administration knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
