Job Title: Facilities and Helpdesk Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to fill the role of Facilities and Helpdesk Co-ordinator at Hexa Services in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Raising Purchase Orders (PO's)
  • Reviewing and Approving Invoices
  • Handling Rechargeable Works

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient inbox management, prioritizing workload, and taking a methodical approach in a busy environment. Strong skills in Excel are essential, as you will be required to analyze data and make informed decisions.

With estimated annual earnings between £30,000 - £40,000, this role offers a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.
