We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our attorneys.

About the Role

The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties, including:

  • Utilising Microsoft Office software to create, edit and proofread documents.
  • Managing calendars and deadline reminder systems.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Preparing travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Maintaining e-filing and records management systems.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $52,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing administrative support to attorneys.
  2. Transcribing legal documents and correspondence.
  3. Organising and prioritising tasks and projects.
  4. Communicating with clients and attorneys in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of legal secretarial experience.
  • Excellent English language and grammar skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
