Office Coordinator for Attorneys

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our attorneys.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties, including:
- Utilising Microsoft Office software to create, edit and proofread documents.
- Managing calendars and deadline reminder systems.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Preparing travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Maintaining e-filing and records management systems.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $52,000 per annum.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys.
- Transcribing legal documents and correspondence.
- Organising and prioritising tasks and projects.
- Communicating with clients and attorneys in a professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years of legal secretarial experience.
- Excellent English language and grammar skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
