About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Chief Administrative Coordinator to a distinguished attorney. This is a unique opportunity to join the team of a leading figure in their field.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. They will also have impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal, and be tech savvy with a keen interest in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Extensive travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
  • Coordinate events including dinners, lectures and conferences both in the UK and worldwide
  • Prepare and file legal documents, case materials and briefs for court appearances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
