About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, developing individual care plans, and helping them choose and eat their favourite meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as washing and dressing
  • Develop and implement individual care plans
  • Help residents choose and eat their favourite meals
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care
About You

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to commit to a regular schedule.
