About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Westgate Healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, including personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a safe and supportive environment.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who shares our values of compassion, empathy, and respect. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
