About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our residents with their daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and mealtime assistance.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to promote dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
