About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, developing individual care plans, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet residents' needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care
