About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, developing individual care plans, and providing emotional support and companionship.

About You

We are looking for individuals who share our values, have a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Previous experience of working with the elderly is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
