The Job: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of mobility equipment, including patient hoists, profiling beds, wheelchairs, and bathing aids, among others. You will also conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing of patient handling and mobility equipment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical diagnosis and mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment.
  • Carry out LOLER testing and inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure any issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.

Requirements: A thorough understanding of LOLER regulations and previous testing experience is preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach to service. Full UK driving license with a clean record - this is essential as the role involves traveling across the North West region.
