This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our care home, working closely with our Manager to drive excellence and improve outcomes for our residents.

Job Summary:

  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home, working closely with the Manager to deliver excellent patient care and business performance.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families, promoting a culture of openness and respect.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with significant experience in healthcare leadership.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.

What We Offer:
