We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Deputy Nurse Manager/Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Northgate Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care homes and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and care experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services and promote a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care home policies and procedures, in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field (e.g., Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior clinical role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.

Salary and Benefits:
