**Job Title:** Senior Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing telematics systems in vehicles across Staffordshire and Cannock.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:- Attend service and installation calls within agreed timescales to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely information to our field deployment team.
- Use your knowledge of telematics and other ancillary equipment to deliver high-quality installations.
- Utilize a laptop/iPad for reporting and documenting installation data.
- Mentor apprentices (desirable) to help shape the next generation of engineers.
- Experience in field-based installations and service engineering.
- Expertise in installing telematics and aftermarket equipment to the highest standards.
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency with digital multi-meters and test equipment.
- Home-based, mobile working with door-to-door pay.
- Your birthday off.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
- No weekend or bank holiday work.
