Job Title: Field Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in using our products.
  • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating your technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, allowing you to effectively diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
