Job Responsibilities:As a Community Mental Health Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high standards of community mental health services. This will involve providing clinical leadership for the delivery of the ECT clinic, controlling the assessment of care needs, and developing individual care programs.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' guidelines for the administration of ECT and be able to observe the physical and philosophical requirements of the 1983 Mental Health Act.
