As a European Sales Manager at Cambridge Intelligence, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and executing plans to drive business growth across Europe. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Europe
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Europe
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and product offerings
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. You'll have:
- Considerable experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or software industry
- A strong understanding of the European market and sales landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- A proven ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Experience managing a small team and mentoring others
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the data visualization industry or related data analysis industries
- Fluency in multiple languages, including French, German, or Italian
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
