Internal Sales Executive

Reed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in lead generation or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Review and actively manage a CRM database of live opportunities, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted.
  • Contract Renewals: Identify and target expiring maintenance contracts, offering renewals, upgrades, or conversions to ensure client retention.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with lapsed customers to convert win-back maintenance contracts and re-establish relationships.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualification and Appointment Scheduling: Qualify new business opportunities and schedule appointments for account managers.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and generate new leads through prospecting activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handover of leads and assist in developing targeting strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and market trends to promote during calls.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
