Industrial Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a high potential customer portfolio, achieving sales growth within a designated patch, and utilizing our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio, with a key focus on ecommerce sales.
- High volume of outbound calls, preparing quotations, and assisting with live chat.
- Provide customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix products and services.
- Gain intelligence on customer requirements and insert this onto the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and prepare quotations for customers in a timely manner.
- Manage and keep track of current and newly onboarded Web accounts.
- Carry out data inputting and admin tasks as operationally required.
