We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join ERA and play a crucial role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers to guide the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand customers' business product needs and provide quotations for the full product range.
  • Closing new leads and opportunities to achieve set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties relating to processing customer orders and ensuring the internal database is up to date and accurate.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrate proven experience in an internal sales/outbound sales role.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to meet KPIs and order values.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
