Internal Sales Executive Job Description

Reed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Wolverhampton. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales efforts of the company, identifying and targeting expiring maintenance contracts, and engaging with lapsed customers to convert win-back maintenance contracts and re-establish relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and actively manage a CRM database of live opportunities, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted.
  • Identify and target expiring maintenance contracts, offering renewals, upgrades, or conversions to ensure client retention.
  • Engage with lapsed customers to convert win-back maintenance contracts and re-establish relationships.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify new business opportunities and schedule appointments for account managers.
  • Proactively research and generate new leads through prospecting activities.
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handover of leads and assist in developing targeting strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and market trends to promote during calls.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
