Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Tyman UK and Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and prospective customers, as well as internal teams, to guide the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to our existing database of customers
  • Understanding customers' business product needs
  • Discussing and providing quotations for the full product range
  • Closing new leads and opportunities
  • Achieving set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Undertaking a range of administrative duties relating to processing customer orders
  • Ensuring the internal database is up to date and accurate including the CRM system

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in an internal sales/outbound sales role.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to meet KPIs and order values.
  • Experience using IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
