About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our Sales and Support Division, you will be responsible for generating new sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the Steel Stockholders industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Steel Stockholders industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
