Community Care Assistant Wanted
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Care Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. As a Family Support Specialist with Brook Street Social Care, you will play a vital role in supporting local families and promoting their well-being.
In this role, you will work closely with children, young people, and their parents to provide detailed assessments and develop personalized plans. A minimum of six months' experience in the care sector is required.
About the Job:
- Offer family-focused support services to those in need
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for families in Birmingham
- Develop tailored support plans to meet individual family needs
