Regional Facilities Support Team Leader

Portico Corporate Reception Management is proud to be the chosen service partner for providing front of house services at the offices of a leading banking institution.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Support Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service across our client's regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 remote team members based in various locations
  • Directly oversee the day-to-day operations of our regional offices
  • Ensure seamless delivery of front of house services
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader for the South to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to our regional offices
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
