Regional Facilities Manager Job Description

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing a group of properties and ensuring the adherence to health and safety, environmental, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the fabric of the building, both externally and internally, to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets.
  • Oversee third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in accordance with the client's budgetary agreement.
  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained and constantly improved.
  • Compile and maintain all required management information/records relating to company, health and safety, and other related records.
  • Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service in relation to their operational needs.
  • Liaise with local authorities as appropriate and proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on site.
  • Produce management reports in accordance with the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous regional facilities management experience within a multi-let property environment.
  • Line management responsibility for company personnel and contractors.
  • Management service agreements as applicable.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High degree and knowledge reference of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative and within a pressurized environment with excellent organizational and planning skills.
