Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and servicing of properties to a high standard, in line with management contracts and agreed budgets.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance on site, including third-party services providers and maintenance records.
  • Manage third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided, in accordance with agreed contracts.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in accordance with client budgetary agreements.
  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action as necessary to ensure required standards are maintained and improved.
  • Compile and maintain management information/records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and related records and management reports.
  • Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring high standards of service in relation to operational needs.
  • Liaise with local authorities as necessary.
  • Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on site.
  • Produce management reports in accordance with business needs.
  • Liaise with the building manager and procurement department to ensure compilation of external contracts and procurement needs are met in line with company policy.
  • Monitor FM works on site and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous regional facilities management experience within a multi-let property environment, including line management responsibility for company personnel and contractors.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High degree of knowledge reference of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
