Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the maintenance and servicing of properties to a high standard, adhering to management contracts and budgets.
- Oversee health and safety compliance on-site, including third-party services and maintenance records.
- Manage third-party contracts to ensure high standards of service are provided, in accordance with agreed contracts.
- Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in line with client budgets.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action to ensure required standards are maintained and improved.
- Compile and maintain management information and records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and related records.
- Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring high standards of service are provided.
- Liaise with local authorities as necessary.
- Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on-site.
- Produce management reports as required by the business.
- Liaise with the building manager and procurement department to ensure compilation of external contracts and procurement needs are met.
- Monitor FM works on-site and liaise with service providers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Previous regional facilities management experience in a multi-let property environment, including line management responsibility for company personnel and contractors.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High degree of knowledge reference of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
