About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities across two of our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and functionality of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all aspects of property and facilities are fit for purpose, legally compliant, accountable, auditable, as well as ethically, environmentally, and socially responsible.
  • Ensure that all group facilities are well maintained and conduct proactive maintenance.
  • Recommend and help to implement measures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and schedule renovations.
  • Create and agree overall budget for planned preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitated.

What We Need from Our Facilities Manager:

  • Previous role with direct and indirect management experience.
  • Experience with facility management and relevant regulations.
  • Multi-site experience.
  • A qualification in Health & Safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH equivalent, would be an advantage.
  • Environmental qualification/experience of ISO 14001 implementation would be an advantage.
