Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control service agreements in accordance with client budgetary agreements.
- Regularly review key performance indicators and take corrective action to ensure high standards are maintained and continuously improved.
- Compile and maintain management information and records related to company, health and safety, and other relevant areas.
- Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring high standards of service are delivered.
- Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on site.
- Produce management reports to meet business needs.
- Monitor FM works on site and liaise with service providers and subcontractors.
- High degree of knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
