Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Sheffield.

Job Summary

The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a group of properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company procedures. This includes maintaining the fabric of the buildings, overseeing third-party contracts, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and servicing of buildings to a high standard, in accordance with management contracts and budgets.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, including third-party services providers and maintenance records.
  • Monitor and update Meridian, a health and safety management system, to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Manage third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in accordance with client budgets.
  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action to ensure required standards are maintained.
  • Compile and maintain management information and records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and related records.
  • Develop and maintain excellent tenant relationships, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Liaise with local authorities and manage risk and insurance issues on site.
  • Manage major work programs on site, acting as the liaison point for all parties involved.
  • Produce management reports in accordance with business needs.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous regional facilities management experience in a multi-let property environment, including line management responsibility and management service agreements.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • IT literate, with an understanding and experience of industry-specific IT applications.
  • High degree and knowledge reference of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
