About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to exchange currency or purchase foreign exchange products. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and numerically proficient individual who is comfortable working with cash and handling large amounts of currency. You'll need to be IT-savvy, with a basic understanding of computer systems and in-house till systems. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be working with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
