Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate the world of international money? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex

About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers with their foreign exchange needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, from initial consultation to final transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with a natural ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
