A dynamic and motivated individual is sought to join our team as a Clinical Administrator, overseeing the smooth operational running of the Clinic and Main Reception team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising staff, building strong relationships, and ensuring efficient administration services.
Main Duties of the Job
- Supervise and support the Clinic and Main Reception team, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in departmental HR tasks, including recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and workforce rotas.
- Be the first point of contact for reception administration issues and work closely with the Outpatient/Ward Clerk Admin Lead and Management team.
- Attend meetings as a representative for the Outpatient/Ward Clerk Administration Team and participate in internal team meetings.
- Carry out data validation tasks and audits as requested.
- Participate in the daily Situation Report (SitRep) meeting to escalate any service shortcomings or failures.

Qualifications

- NVQ level 3 or similar standard qualification or extensive Outpatient experience.
