This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, overseeing the smooth operational running of the Clinic and Main Reception team. As a key member of our Outpatient Administration Team, you will be responsible for ensuring key performance indicators are delivered and providing a high standard of administration support to our reception areas.
Main Duties of the Job
- Supervise and support the Clinic and Main Reception team, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in departmental HR tasks such as recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and workforce rotas.
- Be the first point of contact for reception administration issues and work closely with the Outpatient/Ward Clerk Admin Lead and Management team to ensure a mutual understanding of all operational issues.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- NVQ level 3 or similar standard qualification or extensive Outpatient experience.
Communication Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

- Relevant supervisory experience. Training of staff in the workplace.
Skills
Essential Criteria
- Ability to motivate and lead teams to successfully meet goals and standards. Problem-solving intermediate level of Microsoft Office packages.
Knowledge

- Proven working knowledge of the Data Protection Act. Competent in the use of i.PM. Competent in the Choose & Book System/Agenda plus the implications.
