At The Entertainer, we're looking for a skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving customer engagement via timely, personalised and relevant communications.



The ideal candidate will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, as well as good knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools and excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Responsibilities:




  • Devise, maintain and adapt an email schedule designed to help the business achieve goals related to online sales, customer engagement and overall growth.
  • Create compelling email content for a range of audiences.
  • Analyse performance and report on success and learnings to the wider online community during trading sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications and maintain health of the current CRM/platform Emarsys.
  • Design and manage triggered email programmes.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies to drive performance and continuously improve the channels.
  • Align with internal stakeholders across the business, build working relationships.
  • Ensure CRM fully supports brand and commercial initiatives.


Requirements:




  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail business.
  • Highly organised and able to use spreadsheets to manage calendars and report on performance.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
