About the Role

The Entertainer is seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day operation of the email channel for The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise, maintain and adapt an email schedule designed to help the business achieve goals related to online sales, customer engagement and overall growth.
  • Create compelling email content for a range of audiences.
  • Analyse performance and report on success and learnings to the wider online community during trading sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications and maintain health of the current CRM/platform Emarsys.
  • Identify areas of improvement related to content, ways of working, data or technical development.
  • Design and manage triggered email programmes.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies to drive performance and continuously improve the channels.
  • Align with internal stakeholders across the business, build working relationships.
  • Ensure CRM fully supports brand and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure we are legally compliant through GDPR.
  • Identify and keep your finger on the pulse across trends and opportunities, utilising and building on them, to drive future campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure success of email as a channel for The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre.
  • Support with artwork briefing and execution with suppliers/internal teams.
