Staff Nurse RMN in Acute Services

We are recruiting an accomplished Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Birmingham and lead the delivery of high-quality care to adults aged 18-25.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing new services and care pathways, ensuring alignment with our Group Nursing Strategy.
- Care Coordination: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive care plans, incorporating a range of clinical skills and therapeutic interventions.
- Trauma-Informed Care: Develop and implement trauma-informed care practices, prioritizing patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
- A current Active NMC pin and registration as an RNLD RMN, coupled with significant experience in adult mental health nursing.
- Possession of relevant clinical qualifications, such as the Diploma in Higher Education in Mental Health Nursing.
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus enhancements for working nights.
