This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled RMN or RNLD nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as a Night Shift Nurse Practitioner. The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexibly, supporting the care of patients with acute mental health needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients, working closely with families and external agencies to ensure their safe discharge from hospital. You will have the opportunity to work across three small acute wards, providing a supportive and community-focused environment for patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NMC standards and best practices, as well as evidence of post-registration professional development. A positive attitude and commitment to quality improvement are essential for success in this role.
