Staff Nurse RMN Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse RMN to deliver high-quality care to adults aged 18-25 in our Birmingham facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Provision: Provide exceptional patient-focused care that meets the needs of our service users, encompassing a range of clinical skills and emotional support.
  • Nursing Strategy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of new services and care pathways that align with our Group Nursing Strategy, driving continuous improvement in care delivery.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within your service to ensure the highest standards of care, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centeredness.
Requirements:
  • A current Active NMC pin and registration as an RNLD RMN, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Relevant clinical experience, showcasing expertise in adult mental health nursing.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus enhancements for working nights.
