Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Diagnostic Imaging department in achieving accreditation for Quality Standard in Imaging (QSI). As a Quality Lead and Accreditation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the accreditation and quality processes, ensuring compliance with UKAS standards and maintaining a high level of service quality.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term / secondment position until 30th August 2025. The successful candidate will be required to have a 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the accreditation and quality processes in the Diagnostic Imaging services.
  • Maintain the service and liaise with UKAS regarding required annual submissions.
  • Undertake management and leadership tasks to support the accreditation processes.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

Education to degree level or equivalent experience in the workplace.Proven experience in a radiology department.Experience of working at a senior level within a radiology service.Current experience of managing a complex area of work and leading a multi-disciplinary team.What We Offer
