- Work autonomously as a lone worker, with support available from the team and division colleagues when needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the service, including reviewing and improving processes to meet accreditation standards.
- Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC or Registered Nurse with NMC Adult registration.
- Professional knowledge and skills acquired through a combination of formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant post-qualification training through short courses and/or further study and experience, such as splinting and injections, working towards postgraduate level of study.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD.
