About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist/Nurse to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist/Lead Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists/Nurses in delivering pulmonary rehabilitation classes and home visits to patients.
  • Develop and implement care plans, education, and interventions to support respiratory management and liaison with other healthcare professionals.
  • Work autonomously as a lone worker, with support available from the team and division colleagues when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the service, including reviewing and improving processes to meet accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC or Registered Nurse with NMC Adult registration.
  • Professional knowledge and skills acquired through a combination of formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent.
  • Relevant post-qualification training through short courses and/or further study and experience, such as splinting and injections, working towards postgraduate level of study.
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD.
