Job Overview

Sodexo, a leading provider of quality services, is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Lead to join our team at Merville Barracks in Colchester. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal, external, and contractual audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality and compliance procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in quality, facilities management, and internal auditing.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification and Level 2 qualifications in food safety and IOSHH.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and strategy-focused approach to work.
