Job Overview

Sodexo, a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, is seeking a Quality and Compliance Lead to join our team at Merville Barracks in Colchester. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal, external, and contractual audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, including documentation and training programs.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the HSEQ Manager in developing and implementing quality projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Level 2 qualification in food safety and Level 2 IOSHH qualification in Health and Safety.
  • Strong background in quality, facilities management, and internal auditing.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and strategy-focused with excellent administration and IT skills.
