About the Job

This Radiology Services Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient pathways, processing diary cancellations, and collecting data to support waiting list times attainment.

Key Requirements
  • A strong background in clerical experience and knowledge equivalent to NVQ Level 3.
  • Experience working in a team environment and using patient administration systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages and Radiology Information systems or appointment systems.
  • Understanding of the 2WW cancer referral system and Referral to Treatment Policy.
