Job Summary:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interim Supported Living Manager to lead our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in Colwyn Bay. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 per annum
  • Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Contract: Interim (6 months)
  • Location: Colwyn Bay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and Senior Leadership to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a Deputy or Service Manager in a supported living setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
